Ok so first, pH is this thing that shows how acidic or alkaline something is. Like your body needs to keep pH balanced, not too acidic and not too alkaline. It’s kinda like Goldilocks, gotta be just right.
But sometimes your body’s pH goes all crazy and then you start feeling weird. I was curious so I looked up what kinda symptoms mean your pH is outta whack. Here’s what I found:
What happens when pH is unbalanced?
Your blood and stuff should be slightly alkaline like 7.35 to 7.45 pH. If it’s too acidic or too alkaline, your body can start acting funny.
Signs your pH might be off

If your body is too acidic you can feel super tired and no energy. Like you wanna sleep but you just cant get good rest. -
Stomach issues
Heartburn, bloating, indigestion — all these can happen if your pH is off. Like your stomach feels like it’s burning or heavy. -
Muscle aches or cramps
Too much acid can cause your muscles to hurt or cramp even if you didnt do anything hard. -
Getting sick a lot
If your body is acidic it’s easier for bacteria and fungus to grow. So you might get infections like yeast infections or UTI’s more often. -
Skin problems
Dry skin, rashes, pimples might show up cause your skin pH is not balanced and gets irritated. -
Headaches
Sometimes people get headaches or migraines if pH is off. Not always but it can happen. -
Bad breath
Strange but true — bad breath or metallic taste in mouth can be from pH imbalance too.
