Liver swelling or hepatomegaly is when your liver get bigger then normal. This can happen cause of many things like infections, drinking alchohol, fatty liver or other diseases. Sometimes ppl dont notice it quick but there some symptons you might feel if your liver swollen.
Common symptons of liver swelling

Pain or discomfort in belly
You might feel pain or pressure on right side of belly or just under ribs. Sometimes it little pain sometimes it hurts more. -
Feeling tired or weak
If liver not working good you can feel very tired all the time or weak. -
Loss of appetite and weight loss
Swollen liver can make you no hungry and lose weight without trying. -
Nausea or vomiting
Some ppl feel sick or throw up if liver swollen. -
Yellow skin or eyes (jaundice)
If liver damaged it can make skin or eyes yellow. -

Itchy skin
You might get itchy skin with no rash cause liver problem. -
Dark urine and pale stool
Your pee might get dark and your poop look lighter than normal.
