Wrap urself in blanket like ur a burrito of safety, works wonders. hot showers too, add eucalyptus if ur fancy, feels like spa day in bathroom. your nose will thank you. i even do weird little rituals sometimes like steam my face, feel fancy.

Stress makes cold worse. tried working during cold last week, almost cried over excel sheets. ur body is fighting virus, dont make it fight emotional chaos too. also social media is fun but dont doomscroll news, pointless. but yeah scrolling memes about colds helps, makes u laugh at ur pathetic self, immune boost maybe, probably placebo but still works.
